The Stories We Tell Ourselves


This is a 2 day (non-res) course where mind and body reconnect.

Beginning with gentle, kind, inclusive yoga for opening up the body and grounding you back into your own sense of self, you will then have a break (tea/coffee homemade cake!) before working on creative writing activities that will take you through past, present and future. A vegetarian lunch is provided (suitable to all special dietary requirements), and this can be followed by a guided walk in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, or some quiet time of reflection. You will then return to creative writing with further activities, then end the day with yoga and meditation. Day two is the same schedule as day one.

The course is designed to enable you to return to yourself and your own power.
